Depending on the product we use steel or high density polyethylene (plastic). Raw solvents such as acetone, MEK, IPA, lacquer thinner, ect will ship in steel containers. All strippers ship in blue polyethylene drums & pails.
Typically we can get products that are within the central time zone delivered between 1-2 days, east coast time zone between 2-3 days, mountain time zone between 2-4 days, pacific time zone between 3-5 days.
The majority of our shipments are handled with R&L Carriers, we also use SAIA, Old Dominion, Sutton, XPO, & local carriers for 3rd party deliveries in remote areas.
If you don’t have a forklift we can schedule to have the drums delivered with a liftgate, this is an additional $20 towards the cost of shipping.
Yes, we do take returns but we will have to deduct freight both ways from the total amount refunded. We will also require a 25% restocking fee.
No, we no longer accept check on delivery due to chain of custody issues regarding checks not getting delivered to us from freight companies.
Yes, we can save you 1% on your order if you pay via ACH. However, we will need to wait 24 hours for funds to clear prior to the product shipping.
Yes, as long as an eighteen wheeler can navigate the delivery location we can deliver residential. If an eighteen wheeler cannot fit we will need to use a 3rd party carrier for the last leg of the delivery which usually adds $100-$150 to the shipping cost.
Yes, there are additional customs/carrier fees associated with shipments outside of the USA. Please call if you have any questions regarding foreign country deliveries.
